• If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you must contact us at contact@gachatreasures.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

• Cancellations requested prior to shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Once a tracking number has been generated, orders cannot be cancelled.
