Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@gachatreasures.com. ​​​

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Ownership and risk of loss for all packages transfer to the buyer once the package is delivered to (tendered to) USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other shipping carrier. Gacha Treasures is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
