Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email at contact@gachatreasures.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and shipping box, and we'll make it right.

 

We cannot accept returns/refunds or exchanges for products with cosmetic blemishes in the exterior packaging including snags and small tears in the shrink wrap. We are not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents which can include but is not limited to the following: Small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material, the contents are packaged by the manufacture and any discrepancies is out of our control.

 

Cancellations can be requested prior to a shipping tracking number being generated, but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fees we are charged when the initial transaction is made, along with administrative costs related to processing cancellations. Once a tracking number has been generated, your order cannot be cancelled.
